New/Open Box. Item is still in factory plastic with all inserts inside main packaging. One wheel package plastic is open at top, the other sealed. Box definitely shows shelf wear and missing top closing cardboard flap (hence open box condition). The item & original packaging/box will be placed inside another box for shipping. Please review all pictures carefully for description as I have shown all the features and specifics. This was an estate sale find so I’m assuming they bought it, opened it and decided not to use it.
Item will ship UPS to a verified physical address only. No PO/APO Box or ship forwarding addresses/companies. I only charge the UPS quoted amount based on weight, dimensions and destination zip code. Thanks for looking.
